What is Klarna?

Klarna is an installment payment option that allows you to pay for your order in 3 equal payments. The first payment is taken when your order is validated, and the 2 remaining payments are scheduled every 30 days. Using Klarna is as simple as making your usual purchases and proceeding to checkout. Choose Klarna as your payment method, and you'll be directed to the Klarna website to register and provide your banking details. You must meet additional eligibility conditions to qualify. If you've used Klarna before, simply log in to your Klarna account. With Klarna, you have the flexibility to pay in 3 equal installments every 30 days. There are no interest or additional fees when you pay on time. Payments are automatically deducted, or you can log into the Klarna app at any time to make a payment. You can also view your orders and manage your account details after your order is processed in the Klarna app. Click here for more Klarna FAQs!

What happens if I can't make the payments to Klarna?

If you chose the "Pay in 3 installments" plan, Klarna will automatically attempt to deduct your second installment from the debit or credit card you provided at checkout. If the payment cannot be deducted on the scheduled due date, Klarna will make another automatic deduction attempt 7 days later, and then again 7 days after that. If the last payment attempt fails, Klarna will add the unpaid amount to your final installment.

Final installment: Klarna will automatically attempt to deduct your final installment from the debit or credit card you provided at checkout. If the payment cannot be deducted on the scheduled due date, Klarna will make another automatic deduction attempt 7 days later, and then again 7 days after that. If the final installment payment fails, Klarna will issue a statement for the total remaining amount due on the order, which will become payable 15 days later.

Fees or interest may be charged for late and/or missed payments. Your credit score will not be affected by using Klarna's "Pay in 3 installments" product, even if you haven't paid on time. If you fail to make a payment, you will be in default and may no longer be able to use the service in the future. If you don't pay for your purchase, Klarna may, as a last resort, use an external collection agency to collect the unpaid funds.
