The maximum time for a refund is 2 weeks from the receipt of the returned merchandise in our warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email once your return has been processed.

 

Important: Once we have initiated the refund for your return, the credit card company that issued the payment determines the date on which the refund will be credited to your account. It may take up to two billing cycles before the credit transaction appears on your statement. For exact posting dates, please contact your credit card company directly.
