Machine Washable Shoes: Any style with the "Machine Washable" icon shown on the product detail page can be safely machine washed on the gentle cycle and air-dried, we suggest placing them in a pillowcase or laundry bag before washing in machine. Please wash shoes one at a time to avoid discoloration. Do not place shoes in dryer. For shoes with Skechers Memory Foam™ insoles, allow shoes and insoles to air dry for 10 to 12 hours to ensure the insoles are fully dry. Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains.
Foamies: Machine wash or hand wash according to instructions on product page for style. If hand wash, use cold water and air dry in shade. Do not place in dryer and do not leave out in the sun.
Shoes Not Marked as Machine Washable: To maintain the quality of your purchase of our shoes, we do not recommend machine washing. We suggest the following steps for any minor cleaning to our shoes:
1. Remove excess dirt from the upper and outsole by using a small brush or towel.
2. Create a soapy mixture by combining warm water and a small amount (a few drops) laundry detergent.
3. Dip the brush or cloth into the soapy mixture. Wipe down the affected area. Apply a small amount of clean, warm water with the brush or cloth and brush/wipe off the excess soap.
4. Allow shoes to air dry.
Leather Shoes: Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains before wearing in wet conditions. Use a leather cleaning lotion or spray such as Skechers Athletic Cleanser to clean. Apply a leather lotion or oil periodically to keep the leather supple. Do not machine wash leather shoes.
Suede or Nubuck Shoes: Brush dry suede/nubuck shoes with a soft brush or dry rubber sponge to remove any clinging dirt. Regular use of a soft brush will keep the nap of the suede free from dust. Stubborn stains should be removed with a commercial stain remover suitable for suede. DO NOT put in the washing machine or dryer. DO NOT immerse in water. Apply a protectant such as Skechers Water Proofer Spray to protect the shoes from water and stains before wearing in wet conditions. Use a suede/nubuck cleaning product to clean shoes. Brush with a suede brush for best results.
Light-Up Shoes: Machine washing light-up shoes is not advised as it may damage the lights. Clean with mild soap, warm water and a soft cloth.
Keeping Shoes Fresh: Apply a deodorizing spray such as Skechers Odor Eliminator Spray to keep shoes fresh and odor-free.

We will process requests as promptly as possible but it takes some time to put opt-outs in effect, so you may still receive electronic communications from Skechers for several weeks after your request is received.
Please note this opt-out does not apply to emails sent by Skechers related to your orders such as order and shipment confirmations, service-related communications that are essential for administrative or customer service purposes (for example relating to order confirmations, updates to our Terms and Conditions, checking that your contact details are correct, and Skechers’ email responses to enquiries you make online).
- Data Retention
We will only retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or reporting requirements. We may retain your personal information for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information, we consider the duration of our contractual relationship, the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorised use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process your personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or other requirements.
In some circumstances you can ask us to delete your personal information: see paragraph 11 below for further information.
In some circumstances we will anonymise your personal information (so that it can no longer be associated with you) for research or statistical purposes, in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.
- Your Legal Rights
Under the EU GDPR, you have a number of rights in relation to your personal information. You may:
- Withdraw consent to processing at any time where the basis for processing is consent. However, this will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out before you withdraw your consent. If you withdraw your consent, we may not be able to provide certain products or services to you. We will advise you if this is the case at the time you withdraw your consent;
- Request access to your personal information (commonly known as a "subject access request"). This enables you to receive a copy of the personal information we hold about you and to check that we are lawfully processing it;
- Request erasure of your personal information in certain circumstances. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal information where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your personal information where you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (see below), where we may have processed your information unlawfully or where we are required to erase your personal information to comply with local law. Note, however, that we may not always be able to comply with your request of erasure for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request.
- Request that Skechers rectify inaccurate data or to complete incomplete data, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new personal information you provide to us;
- Request restriction of processing of your personal information. This enables you to ask us to suspend the processing of your personal information in one of the following scenarios:
- Ii you want us to establish the accuracy of the personal information;
- where our use of your personal information is unlawful but you do not want us to erase it;
- where you need us to hold your personal information data even if we no longer require it as you need it to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; or
- you have objected to our use of your personal information but we need to verify whether we have overriding legitimate grounds to use it;
- Object to processing of your personal information where we are relying on a legitimate interest (or those of a third party) as the legal basis for that particular use of your personal information (including carrying out profiling based on our legitimate interests). In some cases, we may demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process your information which override your right to object; and
- Request the transfer of your personal information to you or to a third party. We will provide to you, or a third party you have chosen, your personal information in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Note that this right only applies to information which you initially provided consent for us to use or where we used the information to perform a contract with you.
These rights are not absolute and may be subject to one or more exceptions.
Exercising Your Rights
To exercise the rights described above, please submit a request to us by either:
· Calling us at +33 1 44 55 31 31.
· Sending an email to: privacyfr@eu.skechers.com
We reserve the right to deny data subject requests if we believe the request is subject to one or more exceptions or if the request would violate any legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect.
In order to protect your privacy, Skechers takes steps to verify your identity before granting data subject access requests. Skechers will accomplish this through the use of personal information. We will only use personal information provided in a request to verify the requestor's identity or authority to make the request.
You have the right to make a complaint at any time to the relevant EU Data Protection authority. You can find the list of authorities here : https://www.edpb.europa.eu/about-edpb/about-edpb/members_en
Response Timing and Format
We endeavor to respond to a request within 1 month of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 3 months in total), we will inform you as soon as possible and within the first month of receiving your request, of the reason and extension period in writing.
If you have an account with us that is linked to an email address, we will deliver our written response to that email address. If you do not have an email address registered with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option. If applicable, the response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request.
For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your personal information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.
We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
- Changes to Our Privacy Notice
We will post any updates we make to our Privacy Notice on this webpage. If we make material changes to how we treat our customers’ personal information, we will notify you by email to the email address specified in your account and/or through a notice on the Website home page. The date the Privacy Notice was last updated is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for ensuring we have an up-to-date active and deliverable email address for you, and for periodically visiting our Website and this Privacy Notice to check for any changes

This policy should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we use your personal data.
- What are Cookies?
Skechers uses automatic data collection technologies to collect information (for example, details of your visits to our website, information about your computer and Internet connection, such as browser type, browser version, and operating system) which will concern the general use of our website. The navigational information allows us to see which areas of our website are most visited, and helps us improve the quality of your online experience by recognising and delivering more of the most desired features and services. The technologies we use for this automatic data collection may include cookies and web beacons. A cookie is a small removable text file that is downloaded onto your computer, mobile, tablet or other device when you access a website.
Cookies and similar technologies are used by us to recognise your device and store information about your preferences or past actions. They help us to provide you with a good experience when you browse our website and also help us to improve our site.
For the purposes of brevity, any further references to “cookies” in this policy also encompass any similar technologies that we use which involve storing information on your device or gaining access to information on your device, including web beacons and HTML5 local storage.
- Types of Cookies we Use

- Required cookies: These cookies are required to enable core website functionality including log-in, the shopping cart, checking out and estimated shipping. Required cookies are automatically enabled when you visit the Skechers website and may not be turned off through the cookies tool. These required cookies are always enabled.
- Functional cookies: These cookies enable additional functionality such as status of SKECHERS Plus™ membership (or other loyalty program, if any is available) and promotion codes, and allow us to collect statistics that help optimise and improve your experience when visiting the Skechers website. For example, they allow us to recognise and count the number of visitors and see how they move around our website, which can help us to improve the website design. You can turn off these cookies using the Cookie Preferences tool linked to in the footer of our website, but doing so may reduce the functionality of the website.
- Advertising cookies: These cookies are used by Skechers and third party companies to deliver content tailored to your interests both on our site and elsewhere. They record information such as your visit to our website, the pages you have visited and the links you have followed. This may be shared with other organisations such as third party advertisers. You can turn off these cookies using the cookies management tool described and linked in Section 5 below, but doing so may result in being presented with advertisements that are less relevant to you.
We do not set non-essential cookies (functional or advertising) unless and until you provide informed, prior consent.
- Third-Party Cookies
Please note that third parties (including, for example, advertising networks and providers of external services like web traffic analysis services) may use cookies on our website. These cookies are likely to be functional cookies or advertising cookies. Please visit our Cookie Preferences tool linked to in the footer of our website for a list of third party cookie providers.
You can turn off these cookies using the Cookie Preferences tool linked to in the footer of our website, but doing so may reduce the functionality of the website or result in being presented with advertisements that are less relevant to you.
We also work with other companies who use cookies to serve ads on our behalf across the Internet. These companies may collect information about your visit to our website and about your interaction with our communications including advertising and e-mails. You can turn off these cookies using the Cookie Preferences tool linked to in the footer of our website, but doing so may result in being presented with advertisements that are less relevant to you.
- Managing your Cookie Preferences
You may manage your Cookies consents and preferences, including withdrawing your consent, using the Cookie Preferences tool linked to in the footer of our website.
You can find more information about cookies and how to block and delete them at www.allaboutcookies.org.

What these terms cover. These are the terms and conditions (the “Terms”) on which we offer, sell and supply products to you through www.skechers.fr website (the “Site”).
Why you should read them. Please read these terms carefully before you submit your order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide products to you, what to do if there is a problem and other important information.
Information about us and how to contact us
Who we are. We are Skechers USA France SAS a company registered in France. Our company registration number is RCS Paris B 434 704 201 and our registered office is at Immeuble Bercy Crystal, 14 rue Gerty Archimède, 75012 Paris – France. Our registered VAT number is FR 92434704201.
How to contact us. You can contact us by email at info.fr@skechers.com, telephoning our customer service team at +33 1 44 55 31 31 or by writing to us at Skechers USA France SAS, Immeuble Bercy Crystal, 14 rue Gerty Archimède, 75012 Paris – France.
How we may contact you. If we have to contact you we will do so by telephone or by writing to you at the email address or postal address you provided to us in your order.
Our contract with you
How we will accept your order. You agree that your order is an offer to buy, under these Terms, all products and services listed in your order. All orders must be accepted by us or we will not be obligated to sell the products or services to you. We may choose not to accept orders at our sole discretion. Our acceptance of your order will take place when we email you to accept it, at which point a contract will come into existence between you and us.
If we cannot accept your order. If we are unable to accept your order, we will inform you of this in writing and will not charge you for the product. Examples of reasons why we may be unable to accept your order are because: the product is out of stock; your billing information is not correct or verifiable; we have identified an error in the price or description of the product; or we are unable to meet a delivery deadline you have specified.
Your order number. We will assign an order number to your order and tell you what it is when we accept your order. It will help us if you can tell us the order number whenever you contact us about your order.
Goods Not for Resale or Export. You represent and warrant that you are buying products or services from the Site for your own personal or household use only, and not for resale or export.
Price and payment
Where to find the price for the product. The price of the product (which includes applicable taxes such as VAT) will be the price indicated on the order pages when you placed your order. All prices, discounts, and promotions posted on this Site are subject to change without notice.
What happens if we got the price wrong. We strive to display accurate price information. However, it is always possible that, despite our best efforts, some of the products we sell may be incorrectly priced. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time and to cancel any orders arising from such occurrences. We will normally check prices before accepting your order so that, where the product's correct price at your order date is less than our stated price at your order date, we will charge the lower amount. If the product's correct price at your order date is higher than the price stated to you, we will contact you for your instructions before we accept your order. If we accept and process your order where a pricing error is obvious and unmistakeable and could reasonably have been recognised by you as a mispricing, we may end the contract, refund you any sums you have paid and require the return of any products provided to you.
When you must pay and how you must pay. You must pay for the products before we dispatch them. We accept payment with MasterCard, Visa, PayPal and Klarna. You represent and warrant that (i) the credit card information you supply to us is true, correct and complete, (ii) you are duly authorized to use such credit card for the purchase, (iii) charges incurred by you will be honored by your credit card company, and (iv) you will pay charges incurred by you at the posted prices, including shipping and handling charges and all applicable taxes, if any, regardless of the amount quoted on the Site at the time of your order.
Providing the products
Delivery Exclusions. Skechers is unable to deliver to addresses located in the Isle of Man, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla.
Delivery costs. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our website. Posted prices do not include charges for shipping and handling. All such charges will be added to your merchandise total, and will be itemized in your shopping cart and in your order confirmation email.
When we will provide the products. During the order process we will let you know when we will provide the products to you.
We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.
If you do not re-arrange delivery. If no one is available at your address to take delivery and the products cannot be posted through your letterbox, we will leave you a note informing you of how to rearrange delivery or collect the products from a local depot. If, after a failed delivery to you, you do not re-arrange delivery or collect them from a delivery depot, we may end the contract.
Your legal rights if we deliver products late. You have legal rights if we deliver any products late. If we miss the delivery deadline for any products then you may treat the contract as at an end straight away if any of the following apply:
- we have refused to deliver the products;
- delivery within the delivery deadline was essential (taking into account all the relevant circumstances); or
- you told us before we accepted your order that delivery within the delivery deadline was essential.
Responsibility and ownership of the products
When you become responsible for the products. The products will be your responsibility from the time we deliver the products to the address you gave us.
When you own the products. You own the products once we have received payment in full.
Legal warranties of conformity applicable to consumer clients
The Products sold by Skechers to the customer are guaranteed for two (2) years pursuant to articles L. 217-3 to L. 217-20 of the French Consumer Code and articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the French Civil Code.

You may return unworn goods within forty-five (45) days from the date of receipt of the products and get a refund in accordance with the instructions on obtaining a refund below. We will pay for the costs of returning the products in accordance with our returns policy.
Products not as described, fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality
The products must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If your goods are not as described, fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality:
- You may return the goods within forty-five (45) days and get a refund in accordance with the instructions on obtaining a refund below;
- You may return the goods within six (6) months and, if your goods cannot be repaired or replaced, get a refund in accordance with the instructions on obtaining a refund below; and
- You may return the goods after six (6) months and, if you can show that the product was not as described, fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality at the time of delivery and your goods cannot be repaired or replaced, get a refund in accordance with the instructions on obtaining a refund below.
In each instance, we will pay for the costs for returning the products in accordance with our returns policy [insert link]. On return of the products and payment of the refund, the contract will come to an end.
How to obtain a refund
Complete the form. To obtain a refund if you change your mind or if your products are not as described, fit for purpose or of satisfactory quality, please complete the return form available when you login in to your skechers.com account or available (after shipping) via the order status link on the homepage of skechers.fr and send it to the address on the form.
Return products. If you have taken delivery of the products in relation to which you are seeking a refund, download and print the return form and fill in your information. Use the shipping label to return the item or items to us for refund. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OF ONLINE PRODUCTS AT SKECHERS STORES.
When we will pay the costs of return. We will pay the costs of return of all products in accordance with our returns policy.
How we will refund you. If you comply with the instructions above, we will refund you the price you paid for the products including the cost of delivery of the product to you, by the method you used for payment. However, we may make deductions from the price, as described below.
Deductions from refunds if you are exercising your right to change your mind. If you are exercising your right to change your mind we may reduce your refund of the price (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the products, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which would not be permitted in a shop. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the products and later discover you have handled them in an unacceptable way, you must pay us an appropriate amount.
When your refund will be made. We will make any refunds due to you within fourteen (14) days from the day on which we receive the products back from you.
Our rights to end the contract
We may end the contract if you break it. We may end the contract for a product at any time by writing to you if:
- you do not make any payment to us when it is due and you still do not make payment within fourteen (14) days of us reminding you that payment is due;
- you do not, within a reasonable time of us asking for it, provide us with information that is necessary for us to provide the products, for example, accurate delivery information;
- you do not, within a reasonable time, allow us to deliver the products to you.
Our responsibility for loss or damage suffered by you
IN NO EVENT SHALL WE BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE OR ENHANCED DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS OR REVENUES OR DIMINUTION IN VALUE, ARISING OUT OF, OR RELATING TO, AND/OR IN CONNECTION WITH ANY BREACH OF THESE TERMS, REGARDLESS OF (A) WHETHER SUCH DAMAGES WERE FORESEEABLE, (B) WHETHER OR NOT WE WERE ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES AND (C) THE LEGAL OR EQUITABLE THEORY (CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE) UPON WHICH THE CLAIM IS BASED.
OUR SOLE AND ENTIRE MAXIMUM LIABILITY, FOR ANY REASON, AND YOUR SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER, SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE ACTUAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCTS AND SERVICES YOU HAVE ORDERED THROUGH OUR SITE.
The limitation of liability set forth above shall: (i) only apply to the extent permitted by law and (ii) not apply to (A) liability resulting from our gross negligence or willful misconduct and (B) death or bodily injury resulting from our acts or omissions.
Force Majeure. We will not be liable or responsible to you, nor be deemed to have defaulted or breached these Terms, for any failure or delay in our performance under these Terms when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, acts of God, flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, governmental actions, war, invasion or hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest, national emergency, revolution, insurrection, epidemic, pandemic, lockouts, strikes or other labor disputes (whether or not relating to our workforce), or restraints or delays affecting carriers or inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials, materials or telecommunication breakdown or power outage.
No Waivers
The failure by us to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of future enforcement of that right or provision. The waiver of any right or provision will be effective only if in writing and signed by a duly authorized representative of Skechers.
No Third-Party Beneficiaries
These Terms do not and are not intended to confer any rights or remedies upon any person other than you.

You will not assign any of your rights or delegate any of your obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. Any purported assignment or delegation in violation of this paragraph is null and void. No assignment or delegation relieves you of any of your obligations under these Terms.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is invalid, illegal, void or unenforceable, then that provision will be deemed severed from these Terms and will not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of these Terms.

We collect and publish reviews using an online review platform which is incorporated into the pages for each product on our website. Any person can leave comments and feedback and choose a rating of 0 to 5 stars. The displayed 5-star rating is an average of all ratings received.
We do not verify that reviews have been submitted by customers who have actually used or purchased the product. However, reviewers must confirm their agreement to our review platform’s terms and conditions, which include the requirement that reviewers are only allowed to submit a review if they have had a personal experience with our products or services. Those terms and conditions also state that reviewers should not submit a review if they are yet to make a purchase or have no experience with the specific product or service or with Skechers.
We publish both positive and negative reviews on each product page. However, we have the ability to moderate and filter reviews before publication, including to remove reviews which breach our review platform’s terms and conditions or are not relevant or related to that particular product.
Anyone can flag a review on the following grounds: profanity, wrong product, spam, duplicate, copyright violation, not a product review, customer image, or on other grounds. Flagged reviews are considered for removal.
We do not commission fake reviews, or manipulate or alter existing reviews, or incentivize reviewers to post positive reviews.
We do not publish reviews that have been sponsored or influenced by a contractual relationship with partners.

What is Klarna?
Klarna is an installment payment option that allows you to pay for your order in 3 equal payments. The first payment is taken when your order is validated, and the 2 remaining payments are scheduled every 30 days. Using Klarna is as simple as making your usual purchases and proceeding to checkout. Choose Klarna as your payment method, and you'll be directed to the Klarna website to register and provide your banking details. You must meet additional eligibility conditions to qualify. If you've used Klarna before, simply log in to your Klarna account. With Klarna, you have the flexibility to pay in 3 equal installments every 30 days. There are no interest or additional fees when you pay on time. Payments are automatically deducted, or you can log into the Klarna app at any time to make a payment. You can also view your orders and manage your account details after your order is processed in the Klarna app. Click here for more Klarna FAQs!
What happens if I can't make the payments to Klarna?
If you chose the "Pay in 3 installments" plan, Klarna will automatically attempt to deduct your second installment from the debit or credit card you provided at checkout. If the payment cannot be deducted on the scheduled due date, Klarna will make another automatic deduction attempt 7 days later, and then again 7 days after that. If the last payment attempt fails, Klarna will add the unpaid amount to your final installment.
Final installment: Klarna will automatically attempt to deduct your final installment from the debit or credit card you provided at checkout. If the payment cannot be deducted on the scheduled due date, Klarna will make another automatic deduction attempt 7 days later, and then again 7 days after that. If the final installment payment fails, Klarna will issue a statement for the total remaining amount due on the order, which will become payable 15 days later.
Fees or interest may be charged for late and/or missed payments. Your credit score will not be affected by using Klarna's "Pay in 3 installments" product, even if you haven't paid on time. If you fail to make a payment, you will be in default and may no longer be able to use the service in the future. If you don't pay for your purchase, Klarna may, as a last resort, use an external collection agency to collect the unpaid funds.
How can I return or exchange an item purchased in installments with Klarna?
If you've changed your mind, you can return your Klarna order by mail. Please note that we do not accept in-store returns for online orders. Skechers.fr orders paid with Klarna must be returned by mail to receive a refund on the original payment method.
Please ensure that your return or exchange complies with our return policy. Klarna will be notified of your return and process appropriate refunds. Log into your Klarna account and select "Report a return" to suspend your statement. Klarna will adjust your invoice once your return has been processed.
When will my items be delivered if I use installments with Klarna?
Klarna orders are delivered according to our standard shipping timeframe after finalizing your online order.
What happens in case of a partial refund, and how does it affect my Klarna payments?
If the partial refund is greater than the remaining balance of your order, the refund amount will be credited to the original payment method.
If the partial refund is less than the remaining balance of your order, the amount will be deducted from the unpaid balance and spread evenly across the remaining payments.
You can view all updates to your payment plan in the Klarna app.
I haven't received my order. What happens to my statement?
You don't need to pay the statement until you've received your order. Email Customer Service for an update on delivery. Make sure to log into your Klarna account and "Report a problem" to suspend your statement until you've received your order.
My Klarna statement is incorrect. What should I do?
If your statement doesn't match your order details, please email Customer Service directly for a correction to your statement. Make sure to log into your Klarna account and "Report a problem" to suspend your statement until the details have been corrected.
